The General Data Protection Law - LGPD (Law no.
13,709/2018), is the Brazilian law whose main objective is to guarantee transparency and regulation in the processing of personal data.
The Coletivo Tsuru reinforces its commitment, giving its unrestricted and unconditional support to the right to privacy and data protection of the holders, combined with transparency and regulation in their treatment.
To achieve this purpose, several measures were adopted, such as hiring a specialized company to implement the necessary actions, incorporating the LGPD in all our processes.
