MARIANA
LODUCA KOK
Founder of Coletivo, Mariana is a psychologist graduated by PUC/SP. She has always enjoyed understanding the behavior of people, but she didn't want to do that at a divan. Mariana then specialized in strategic planning, business administration, and sciences applied to consumption.
She started her career at a multinational in the area of Human Resources, but after 7 years,
She realized she wanted to try something different.
Mariana then migrated to brand planning, branding and communication, starting to work at CO.R Strategies de Inovação, where she worked for 8 years, the last three as partner and planning officer. She led a 30-people team, managing 20 projects simultaneously and also caring for process management, company and financial management, management of the productivity of the team and new business.

ZAMPOL
Founder of Coletivo, Maeda is graduate in advertising and marketing by ESPM. She has a master's degree in Management and Cultural Cooperation at the University of Barcelona.
As producer, she presented at the Teatros Muncipais in São Paulo and Rio, operas like Madame Butterfly and Carmem.
She acted as New Business and Coordinator of Strategic Partnerships at Doutores da Alegria and Agente de Moda, Maeda led co-branding projects between brands and stylists, working with clients like Avon and Kimberly-Clark and fashion brands like Isabela Capeto, Ronaldo Fraga and Neon .
In recent years, Maeda was a planning officer of CO.R Inovação, where she fell in love with researches as tools to tell stories and drive businesses and led cases for important brands like Rede Globo, MasterCard, Hypermarcas, Itaú and Natura.
Graduate in Communication by ESPM, she has extension courses in sociology at PUC and Management of the Third Sector at FGV.
Cases like the release of Ariel in Brazil [P&G] and Bradesco Prime, activation strategies for GM and Carrefour, Communication positioning for Nestle, Ipiranga, NET, Nokia, HSBC comprise her portfolio in communication planning and brand construction.
This experience was built in national and international agencies, including MPM Casa Branca, Salles, Publicis and Talent.
She participated in the startup of CO.R Strategies de Inovação where she worked for 3 years.
She was part of the creation of the Group
SP Planning.
She is part of the team of teachers at the Planning BootCamp, promoted by Miami Ad School
In partnership with ESPM.

KARINA
PRINCE
Karina is graduated in Communication, with a master's degree in administration and post-graduation in marketing by PUC-RJ.
From Rio de Janeiro, she taught marketing research and consumer behavior in MBA courses at Ibmec - RJ and FGV, and is a speaker in different institutions.
Founder of Umanità Pesquisa, her main clients are Rede Globo, Globosat, Coca-Cola, Oi, Sul América, O Boticario and others.
Karina is the arm in Rio of the Coletivo. Always in a good mood and inspired, she turns every subject into powerful insights.
DIANA
ALARCON
Graduated in Environmental Chemistry at USP, postgraduate in
education and currently studying Sociopsicologia at FESPSP.
Diana acted as a chemist at companies such as Colgate
Palmolive, Reckitt Benckiser and CETESB, but over time her
interest in studying behavior grew and she could no longer fit into
the career she had been following.
Apprentice researcher and idealizer of @adordadismo, a passion
for the arts manual that turned out to be a parallel project.

VITAL
Mariana graduated in Fashion Design by Belas Artes / SP, with
specialization in Fashion Business - Advertising, Promotion
and Styling by FIT in New York, Image Consulting by IED / SP,
Visual Anthropology and Social History of Art by PUC / SP.
She acted as custom designer and fashion producer for 11
years. During this period, she followed paths that flirted with
press, communication, behavior and education market, even
teaching classes at Senac / SP.
She loves art, is always doing embroidery and is a dog lover.
